Wright's Dairy Farm & Bakery Field Trip
This year, grades 1 and 2 will be visiting Wright’s Dairy Farm & Bakery in North Smithfield, RI on
May 13, 2026 from 9-11:30 AM! (Raindate: May 20, 2026)
 
Each class will need 2-3 chaperones. If you are available, please write your name below and submit it with your child’s permission slip by April 29, 2026. In order to volunteer, you must have completed the Safe Environment Training. The chaperones will be chosen in a lottery system and will be notified on May 1, 2026.

The cost is $12 per student. A special thanks to the Cardinal’s Club for taking care of transportation!
 
For this field trip, all students should wear their SPS PE uniform. The field trip will be outside so
students should dress appropriately. During the field trip, students will be given a cookie and milk
fresh from Wright’s Dairy Farm and Bakery. Please note: Wright’s is NOT a nut-free facility
and cannot guarantee that the cookies have not been cross contaminated. If your child has a
nut allergy and you would prefer that they do not have a cookie, please let us know.
